Cleaner - Farnham, Surrey

I have arthritis in my wrists and I have decided the time has come to get some help with the housework.

Would anyone be able to recommend a cleaner in the Farnham, Surrey area?

I am not looking for too much, just an hour or two a week to help me keep on top of things.
