Black marks in shower - yuck!

I scrubbed our shower yesterday (toothbrush for grouting etc) which I'm embarrassed to admit that I do rarely . It's all gleaming now apart from several black marks (stains?) on the lower sealant which I cannot remove. Any wisdom would be much appreciated!

I use Milton and it seems to get rid of the problem. (Other sterilisers probably do just as well, but I've not tried then)I pop some in a small squirty bottle and let a few drops lie on the stain for a little while before rinsing off. It's also brilliant for tea stains in the sink and doesn't smell as bad as 'real' bleach.
