HELP!!! Wee wee on my fabric desk chair?

I don't have fabric cleaning only 'normal' cleaners. What do I do/use??

Assuming it's child or cat/dog I would try a bio washing powder or liquid solution,just tepid.
Do a patch test and dab on with towel, wring it out well to make sure it doesn't get too wet.
Worth a try as first treatment,you'll most likely have this in the house.
