Glade sense and spray cartridges

Anyone else been having problems with these recently?

The blue stem bit has broken off from the last two that I've bought as I've been loading them in, one flew off and hit me in the face.

Or is it just me?

Nope, happened to me too. Put it down to my paws heavy handed-ness but perhaps not! We found the knack was to take a battery out (saves accidental squirt in the face) and then use your thumb to push up the little bit that moves and activates the squirt (no innuendo please!!) to make sure its right out the way. Should pop in easier if you do that.....
