Kitchen King food processor

Amazon customers rave about it but the 'as seen on TV' tagline puts me off. Is it any good, mumsnet?

not heard of the brand myself! I had a Kenwood food processor which was quite weak and eventually died using it for mixing bread! I replaced it with a Magimix last year (bargain find on ebay!) and couldn't be happier. People say Magimix survive 30+ years, so I hope they're right. It it very heavy and you feel like you have a real machine in the kitchen. Though the steel blade is deadly sharp, I'll warn you! :)
