Hi everyone,
My husband and I have recently employed a cleaner via an agency and have been greatly disappointed. The first time she came to our house she was running late by hours and only managed to clean the ground floor. The second time she changed the start time several times and then did not turn up at all and that after my husband and I re-arranged all our plans to be there.
One of us had to be there because she does not like dogs (even though we had told the agency we need someone who is happy aorund dogs).
We have now had to tell the agency to not send her back to us again and we also do no longer wish to deal with that agency either.
Can someone recommend a reliable and pet friendly cleaner that covers SE London / Greenwich area?
