Hmmm - a beeping toaster - never heard of that before!
My current dishwasher does a beep when it's finished which wakes me up at night momentarily. No way to turn it off. Think it's because it's cheap. My parent's beeps until you turn the machine off, which considering I usually run mine when I've gone to bed ... I'm with you on the wanting to damage something.
Just boggled over the choice - Indosit, Hotpoint, Bosch ... ahhhhhhhhh!
