mildew on roller blind

any idea how i clean my fabric roller blind. last year i took it apart and scrubbed it with a bleach solution and a brush - thinking it wouldn't come back again. It has, is there a better way of doing this?

Clove oil, apparently. Haven't tries it yet but friend swears by it.

If the mould is just at the bottom, you can cut off the bottom few inches and re-sew the hem, as long as there's a bit of extra length in the blind.

Spray with diluted bleach. Be careful though, cos the mist always get me in the eyes!
