Where/ how do you store bread?

I want to declutter my kitchen and am fed up with bags of bread sitting on the counter. There's not much room in the cupboards so I think I need a bread bin but then it's something else to sit on the counters. What do other people do?

i put mine in a bread bin.

i got this one for my birthday. very £££ but it is big enough for 3/4 home made loaves or 2 shop ones and it keeps them fresh for ages.

love my bread bin.

I use a bread bin. my homemade bread is wrapped in a teatowel and keeps for ages (about a week).

in the microwave

another one who uses the microwave

I never thought of that - what a good idea. Cheaper than the lovely bread bin and one less thing on the counter. I shall try that then. Maybe I'll stick the spuds in there too since they always fall out of the cupboard

I have a bread bin. But I keep the bread in the freezer - there's only DD and me and we only eat it in toast form Smile.
A pain bag (as me ma calls it) like this one but not. I bet Lakeland or similar do one for a fiver, or make one?
