Chewing gum removal

Does anyone know a good chewing gum removal product? I've tried the freezer trick but to no avail.

hi, what is the gum on? my cleaning book(spotless) suggest dry cleaning fluid used with a cotton wool ball, then talc to absorb it. rub it in circles it suggests.
You could also try tea tree or eucalyptus oil.
Its a fabulous book and has never failed me yet.
I bloody hate gum, my daughter wanted to be Verruca salt and put it behind her ear over night, she has hair like Carrie Bradshaw and it took my poor husband 2 hours to get out with peanut butter.
