Trimming towels.

Do you think that i can trim some white towels with cath kidston material. It is the heavier cotton rather than the thin haberdashery fabric. I could either do the ends or sew over the detail band (if you know what I mean).

Will it work or be difficult to wash and rough to use?

As an experiences sewer I dont see why this wouldn't work! Play around with the fabric to find the most attractive depth of border or band and don't choose too large a scale fabric. Good Luck!
