Does anyone know a good product for removing rust stains from fabric?

Apparently Movol is no longer available, but I can't find any other products to do the job. Can anyone recommend anything to me?

Lime juice & salt, 1/2 a lime juice cover in salt, leave over night, you may need to repeat as few times but it worked fab for me on daughters toy pram cover.
There is a book called spotless with all kinds of remedies for stains etc and it has never failed me yet.
