Dull tiles after viakal treatment.

Anyone help? The tiles (just white glazed type) look fine when wet but dry to a dull finish.

Have you used them on a tile material that it says not to? Usually it's the other way around and it makes them shiny once the limescale has been removed.

Maybe it's taken the glaze off a certain tile material - are they porous natural stone tiles for example.
