Removing grease from non-stick baking sheet?

I have a lovely lakeland non-stick baking sheet that I (shame of shame) forgot to wash up last week.

It got left in the oven having cooked chips or something. Now I can't wash the grease spots off it no matter how much elbow grease I give it.

Help!

Biological washing powder, dissolved in boiling water, pop it in to soak for an hour, it will eat the grease.

I wash my silicone bakeware in the washing mashine with biological powder.

I squirt neat washing up liquid on, work it on with a damp sponge and then rinse in very hot water.

Tried the neat washing up liquid and hot water already several times!

Time to move onto biological washing powder - thanks for the tip, I knew there would be a simple answer!

Actually, I keep some Tesco value bio powder in for stuff like this. Grin
