How do I clean crayon of the walls?

DD2 has taken to drawing on our walls! The kitchen and playroom have washable paint on the walls so can presumably take a tougher cleaner than the soapy water I have tried so far. But in another room we have matt paint that is not so tough, a sort of chalky finish iyswim, and I am not sure how we can get the crayon off there. Any suggestions?

try this

It's bloody marvellous. Cleans off loads of stuff.

baby wipes work very well on crayon on walls as does a gentle wipe with neat washing up liquid on a cloth.

Try getting a damp cloth pat it into biological washing powder detergent (where gloves!) and then srub. Most stains come off it works believe me!

Saw Kim (or Aggie) get it off with hairspray the other day on HOw Clean is Your House.
