Can anyone recommend a Steam Cleaner specifically for sofas and mattresses?

I have an old one that has finally broken - was a cheapo Woolis one but did the job.

I mainly use it on my cream sofas every now and again to remove the evidence of the dc! and occasionally on mattresses. I have been looking at the Karcher ones but can't tell if any have the right attachment for upholstery and mattresses like my old one had?

Yes I can, but it's not cheap. You need this one:

No, you really do - the regular ones leave soft materials damp and instead of cleaning, can actually cause moulding. This steams, vacuums and dries.
