What would you do for the rest of the evening if you had every job imaginable needing done?

And I mean everything you could possibly think of, my house could be stirred with a large stick, every room a tip, not a clean dish or bit of cutlery available Can you suggest a few priorities to give me some motivation? Don't tell me to load the dishwasher - I don't have one

I would do the washing up, or, failing that I would find all the bits of washing up from around the house and stack them in a neat, manageable way next to the sink and soak the really dirty ones.

Go on Rightmove, find another house, move to it. Don't take the spouse, kids or stuff. HTH
