Hi,

Im after ideas.

Usually when I iron I listed to some music, this keeps me from going insanely tired as ironing always makes me tired. However, I have lost my Ipod. I know where I would have put it, but its not there. I think my cats must have knocked it off from the side. Yes I know I should take better care of it, but i really cant find it anywhere so now Im stuck. Im in the process of getting my house nice and doing lots of decluttering, but I have only been doing this for a few weeks so still have a long way to go [busad]

I really need to do some ironing later as I have let it slide for a couple of days, but I know without my ipod I will find this really draining. Does anybody else get tired when ironing and if so how do you overcome this?

Thanks

I listen to the radio - preferably a current affairs prog like Jeremy Vine on Radio 2. I watch the Wright Stuff on TV. I listen to books on CD when I have one. That sort of thing.

Another for watching the tv. The one who's doing the ironing gets to choose the channel Smile

I don’t mind ironing, in fact I look forward to it after doing other chores as it means I can watch tv at the same time and not feel guilty. The time and job gets done quickly too.

I might listen/sing to music or enjoy the silence. My OH watches TV.

Definitely TV. Agree with previous poster that I almost look forward to it! Guilt free TV watching during the day.b

I listen to podcasts of the radio talk shows I've missed while at work.
Or watch the tv.

I watch Nadine Baggott on YouTube.
