stained mattress

DD was sick all over my mattress so I cleaned it and then Frebrezed it to death. However, now it has massisve water stains all over it, looks like an old man has pissed all over it!

Is there anyway of getting rid of the stains? It looks skanky!

As long as its dry (so that mould can't grow), and you are satisfied its clean - really, are you going to see discolouration when you have the mattress protector and sheet on top? I'd be inclined to leave - but ONLY if I felt sure it wasn't still smelly and/or wet.

I would turn the mattress over and make sure you use a really good mattress protector (I find this one is really good and don't get any leakage problems and my boys still wet their beds!).
