Foam Squares

Would anyone know where i could buy foam squares in south london or a known upholstery store that stock them. Saw a great creation on Daybreak this morning on how to make your own headboard.

dunelm do loads of different sizes of foam squares/rectanlges for things like sofa cushions - not sure if large enough for headboard?
