SICK ON CARPET

Lots of sick on carpet What's the best way of sotring it? Have saturated patch with Vax Carpet Cleaner and will use Vax carpet cleaner on it but what about sicky smell? Any tips please?

Remove all "bits", by scraping with side of knife or flat surface. Soak up what you can with lots of kitchen paper until nearly dry. Sprinkle generously with bicarbonate of soda, leave as long as possible overnight if you can, then vacuum well. Depends how deeply soaked in so you may need to repeat. but does remove the smell.

Check first if you have deep pile 100% wool carpet.
