Little Girl's Bedroom

Hi!

I have decided to go with this theme for my DD's bedroom, she is 3 by the way,

I'm going for the quilt, cushions and the blind, as she has an attic bedroom and really want to add some colour BUT i cannot find a suitable duvet colour anywhere and was wondering if anyone could give me any inspiration for a colour and pattern please!

I'd go for red gingham, like this. It looks fresh, goes with your scheme and is colourful without being OTT.

Smaller checks

I was thinking of going for a pale green perhaps, but unfortunatley I am one of those people who cannot see things in my minds eye...if that makes sense. I want the quilt to be the main focus but only plan to have it folded over the lower half of the bed like a throw IYSWIM, so i need something pale and simplr.
