I've lost the keys

First nice day of the year, and I want to open the patio doors but I cannot find the keys. DH and I have been looking for them for a couple of weeks now and they are nowhere to be found. The doors are crappy upvc. Does anyone know if there is anyway of replacing the lock/removing the barrel etc?

Do they have a manufacturers name on them at all ? if so try and find out if you can get replacement keys ? if not think your only other option is a locksmith.
