How can I restore my stainless steel taps?

I used viakal and left it on too long[I forgot about it!], so the taps have a little stained area - look slightly different around the stand like water mark look iyswim. They are brand new and expensive!!!
Help! Any ideas please x.

You could try calling Viakal (do they have one of those 0800 numbers on the back?) and seeing what they suggest??

you need to use acid based product try vinegar neat or concentrated lemon juice and give it a good scrub with green scourer - did this on my kitchen sink last year when i did the same with product similar to viakel - took about 3 attempts to get it back but this worked for me. good luck.
