I put bleach in an old spray bottle and spray it directly on the stains for White. I got curry stain out of my coloured pyjamas using neat washing up liquid and leaving it to work for 10 minutes.

I use washing up liquid for all grease stains, I put it on neat both sides and wash as I normally would.

Whites, not White.

Washing soda (in a green bag in the washing powder section) is fab for getting grease out, add it with the washing powder. And Napisan for stains.
