Silicon beading around windows

Mine are vile and grubby ...

Any idea how I can get the silicon clean and damp free without removing the seal??

Good old domestos works for me in the shower, i'd do the same round windows, or try Cif

Yep coat an old toothbrush with bleach and scrub them, leave for ten mins then wipe. It's good for whitening them and getting rid of mouldy stains
