Can't open Ronseal filler canister

Hi,

I know I'm being thick, but does anyone know how to open the canister, please? It comes with an applicator but I can't see a way to pierce the top to get the filler out.

I did go on their website and phoned them up - no one answered the phone

Hi, I asked my (male) neighbour. You need a 'gun'. You snip the end of the cannister and put it into the 'gun' and use the trigger thingy to sqeeze out the filler stuff.

You just need scissors to snip the end off and the gun thingy is inexpensive.
