Steam mop help please!

Arghhhhhhhh! Have been 'umming and ahhing' about getting one for AGES. They were in Poundstretcher on offer so I ordered one - just arrived and doesn't heat up. I have been waiting 10 mins and it's meant to take 20 seconds.

That will teach me not to buy from Lakeland!

Anyone else had problems? I was SO looking forward to doing my revolting kitchen tiles with it Sad Angry

No - there's loads of us here with them and they are great, for some reason you have a faulty one - just phone them and get them to send you a replacement and collect this one :)

Doesn't seem to be a phone number - only an email. I have emailed - what are the bets it takes ages to sort it out!!! Grrrr!

I was 'this' close to ordering from Lakeland! Grin
