White Pledge stains on my dark wood door

Someone liberally sprayed my dark wood front door (or wood effect? Not sure) with Pledge (or might have been Mr Sheen) and left it to soak in for quite some time. Maybe even 24 hrs or more. Now I have large white stains all over the door. I cant get them off.

Can anyone help?

If the floor is solid wood, then put a tea towel and iron over it with an iron on medium heat, with a bit of luck it will draw the moisture out. This is how I get marks of cups out of my wooden tables, works a treat.
