Microfibre cloths - how often do you wash them?

What the title says really. :)

I'm thinking about ones which are used in the kitchen or bathroom.

Couple of times a week probably, they get slung in with the nappy wash.

I leave mine in a washing up bowl overnight with some bleach a few times a week.

Didn't know you were meant to wash them .

I chuck any cloths/tea towels in the washing machine if I am doing a wash so probably every other day.
