PLease talk me through a massive declutter/prep for moving?

I just keep wandering into different rooms pacing around and then going out scared and unsure of what to do!

Can anyone hold my hand through getting rid of stuff and give me an idiots guide -pleeeease!!

I may be moving away from my hometown in 4 months so need to do something - anyone know how long it takes to pack up a three bed house???

If the answer is no then it needs to go

Do I love it?
Does it fit?
Does it work?
Would I be sad without it?

Then decide if it's worth selling, recycling, charity shop dumping or taking to the tip.

Job done! I LOVE throwing things out!

It will be hugely theraputic! I love a good clear out.
I'd pick a room, be prepared - get bins bags for rubbish/recycling and charity/freecycling or selling.
Be ruthless.
The earlier you start, the less frantic and panicky it will be later.
If you get rid of everything you are not taking now and then pack up stuff you won't need until after you move.
Then you can start packing more stuff nearer the time until you're only a week or so away and then pack all but the bare essentials.
