stickers on wood

anyone got any tips on removing those annoying stickers given free with comics off wooden doors..grrr!

someone said baby wipes for price sticker on things a while back and when I tried it worked really well - probably be just as good with little stickers.

white vinegar on a cloth, or surgical spirit. If its unvarnished you can try acetone (nail varnish remover) or a cool hairdryer to melt the glue

WD40 or, I think, vaseline applied to the sticker. Leave a minute and peel or scrape off.

Yup to DW40 - removes all sticky stuff.
