Do those bread bags work or is there a bread bin which actually keeps the bread fresh a little longer? I hate bread from the fridge as it seems to go hard very quickly and so my homemade bread sits wrapped in a teatowel - inside a plastic bag. That only keeps it for a day really.
I have seen something called a Shelton Bread Bag which looks lovely but does it stop the bread from going stale any quicker than my current method.
