Sorry for the snore thread but...Im looking for an apron for cooking. Must be

*cotton, dont like the wipe clean ones
*Cheap, dont want to spend over £20
*Not novelty, cant stand looking like arnie while baking cakes lol
*Easy to wash in machine

Which ones do you have and what would you reccomend?

I have a blue and white, butcher-style apron that must have cost me all of £10 from Debenhams. It has metal loops to adjust the length of the neck and waist straps, which are a PITN as they loosen so easily and the extra bits if strap get in the way so when I get round to it I'm replacing it with a tabard-style apron, although I am tempted by Lakeland's Lola apron, which is slightly more stylish.

Goes away to get a life...

I have a plain black one from home bargains, 100% cotton machine washable £3.Grin They always seem o have nice ones in TK Maxx.
