Anyone tried sprung pillows?

I need a new one, I've got constant neck ache. A friend has recommended spring pillows but I'm worried it'll be too high, so was wondering if anyone had tried them and likes them?

'spring' ... don't know if that's what I have but I just love mine. It's a very heavy pillow but maintains it's shape, it's kind of like a memory foam, but not!
I got one, them my DH insisted he got the same, now we even take it when we go and stay anywhere. Hate when we forget them.
