Cleaning door frames

Starting the spring clean while we're off this week. The plastic frames of my patio doors are looking really grubby. The grout is cracked and the wood at the bottom is cracked and black. What's the best way to clean them?

Could you not use a grouting pen on the grout after giving them a scrub with bleach and a tooth brush? Might make them a bit whiter. As for the wood it depends on what wood it is, could you sand it and stain it perhaps?@
