Kitchenaid food processor help

Just bought the food processor, do i really need the mixer and the blender too? Will i be able to make thin sauces with it and mix for baking or not?

I know i should have thought about this before and i'm not exactly sure i'll be able to spend the best part of 1k on 3 small appliances (artisan mixer/blender/food processor) Grin I want it mainly for cooking but am into a bit of baking too..

You don't need a blender - the food processor will do the job and a cheap stick blender. But you do need a good mixer - a food processor is no substitute.
