How do i get poo of a new sofa?

I have a toddler who's pooed on sofa.

I have used wet wipes but i dont think thats enought to get rid of germs but i dont want to viod the insurance but i cant leave it there either.

It smells and i have to get my LO to nursary by 9am.

Any advice welcome

I'd put talc on it just for now, (which will help with smell and to dry it out at least) then hope someone comes along with actual expernce.

Not sure, might be worth contacting a professional cleaner. Spraying with Detox might deal with the germs, not sure if it would stain though.
