Hmmm... The idea is that you build up gradually so it becomes a habit, but if you are really impatient why not do 2 babysteps a day?

Do you have an iPhone? HomeRoutine app is good (I use it instead of a Control Journal)
You can apparently sign up to get just one email a day, or you could just look at the website to see what to do. Or join a thread on here & someone else will probably tell you what the latest addition to the routine is.

Start at Babysteps. You can do Kelly's Missions alongside that. The more you take on initially, the more likely you are to fail. I am at Day 25 of Baby Steps and my house is looking beautiful!

Oooh well done mommy I just finished the babysteps last week (I can fly!) and am amazed at how much difference it has made! Grin

My GOD ,
thats the tenth time in a MONTH Ive been asked do I have an i phone .

I know its been a month Cause thats when I realised how bloody good iphones are .

No I dont have one . Wish I did .

Think Im just procrastinatng here instead of actually doing the house work ...
Mind you I got bloody loads done this morning.

Does your i phone really tell you what house work to do .
Thanks again . PS Have you heard of an eye-liner . Its a Cruise ship made by apple :-)

You could always get an iPad? That would tell you the same stuff, but in a slightly bigger font!

btw, you still have to type your routine into the app, it just reminds you (at the time you set) to do it.

Why not give the standard flylady thing a go for a week or so?
Step 1. shine your sink

You don't need an iPad or iPhone to follow Flylady. I made a list of all my chores for the day and another of my Basic Weekly Plan. I made them all pretty with nice borders and fonts. Then I printed them off, put them on a piece of card the same size and covered them with tacky back. Before I put the tacky back on, I put 4 small magnetic strips on the back (which I had cut up from a fridge magnet from our dentist). These goes on my fridge. Next to them is a white board pen stuck to the fridge with blue tack. I cross everything off as I go through the day then wipe them all off at the end of the day and start again.

I would be happy to make a set for you if you like.

Hi,
I just do the weekly home blessing bit and the daily mission and that seems to work for me.

I also regularly go through a room (especially the girls rooms) and declutter it for 15 mins.
