Just tried to take delivery of my new LA dining table. I have lots of steps up to my house and the delivery men won't bring it up....
This seems so ridiculous we have obviously had removals men,an aga delivered and numerous other large items!
Phoned LA and they say that they cannot deliver because of health and safety-well what about the delivery men who done the Aga!
So now they say I have to arrange my own delivery and wont refund me!
I also did expalin the delivery situation at time of order
