corner dining unit in kitchen

Hi, I've just spotted a corner dining unit I really like. I think it would be a great way for the family to sit round the table to have meals.

A good idea or too much of a throwback to the seventies and will I feel like I'm in a caravan?

I think they are a brilliant solution, you could make it ironic with wacky seventies upholstery. The best bit of it would be you could say banquette (bonkette) every day.

Would you be able to have storage under the seats?

Whats wrong with feeling like you're in a caravan? Everyday would be like a holiday and you would have a great place to play board games when it's raining!

i didn't think about storage. I'm sold, now to convince DH
