ideally i want a buggy valet so someone else does it but that's not available in my area (bristol) as far as i can see.

so i'll have to do it myself.

i can hoover out the crumbs but how do i freshen and clean the fabric cover?
the cover isn't easily removable - i'd have to unscrew things and i'm sure i'd never get it back right.

any ideas?

hose pipe and scrubbing brush here. Grin

Yep, and if you use a hairdryer to dry the seat unit, don't let it get too close to the fabdic. It may melt.

Steamer, borrow or rent never bought cos they take up too much room and we don't ha ve garage dumping zone.

Use it on carpet in my last rented flat (many years ago) to get rid of red wine stains off of beige carpet, worked a treat.

Other options is if the buggy is all man made material and pretty tought you could jet wash it (put some heavy stones in the under rack).

Good Luck

Try taking the cover off and putting it in the washing machine at 40. I've done this to my P and T and my M and P.

I thought the cover of ours would be difficult to get off, but actually was v easy, so I just stuck it in the machine.

I've always stuck the covers in the washing machine, on a gentle cycle if it says not to. Sometimes you have to unscrew bits but I've always managed to reassemble them ok.
