Steam Cleaners

Just wondering if any of you have steam cleaners and what do you think of them? What sort of thing do you use them for? Are they worth having?

I've been toying with the idea of getting one for a while now, and Lidl have what seems to be quite a good one for £50 this week, so I am quite tempted, but just wondering if it will be money well spent.....

I have one and, although I don't use it all the time, it is good and I feel reassured that the heat helps with killing germs so things are really clean especially in bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

Do be aware though that they are not nearly as miraculous as they look on the tv ads. You cannot just wipe away years of burned on grease after a quick blast!

have a h20 ultra thingy.
It's alright. Better than a mop and bucket for sure.
It's a bit of a PIA to fill up and all the 'bits' that come with it.
Well, ultimately it does the job.
Not really sure about the carpet steamer / cleaner thing but it gets stains out.
