We need a new mop. I feel like we always need a new mop. We have one of those rectangular ones that you squeeze out with a thing on the handle Confused. DP wants to get an old style cotton mop head wooden handle type. I feel like there must be better mops out there. And I feel like you MNers are the ones to tell me about them :o
TIA

Well you know, we want a new mop. We want the same as your DP: a simple mop - wooden handle, cotton head. A mop. Can we find one? No.

no, not really, but do any? With my steam mop (one and only QVC purchase) the steam thing detatches and becomes hand held...so can steam the corners and wipe out with scuzzy t.towel (for when I'm being particularly fastidious sp?)

I've got a vileda microfibre string mop. Seems to do the trick. I don't like the cotton ones, they give me the creeps for some unknown reason and look really manky after a couple of uses.

We do randomama. Two as it happens. They only sell Vileda stuff. One sells cotton mop heads but no handles to fit. Hmm
