Why is my bedroom full of lacewings

Intact why is my house full of lacewings.
Wakeup to find 5/6 lacewings on the Walls and ceilings everyday.
Is my house a filthy compost heap for insects(probably)
What can I do to get rid of them apart from squishing them which is a bit yuck.

We had that a year or so ago - I think they hatch out about now if there is a warm spell.

Not much you can do apart from brush them out with a duster.
