How to clean my oven?

I have a can of oven pride and a dirt oven, what's next?

I think I can easily do the sides and door but the top of the oven has a grill element (I think, never used the grill) and the back wall has the fan and I'm worried about getting cleaner into the fan.
The top really needs a clean though after one meal DH cooked, bless him.

I'm off out now for the morning but will check back at lunch and then its my task for when the DDs are having their nap, I wanted to watch my recorded Dancing On Ice but the smoke alarm wants me to clean the oven!

Second oven. They do a fabbjob, leave it looking like new, and you can MN while they do it.

Unless it happens to be free I can't afford to get someone to come out!

I read that as having a bath with the Oven Pride and was about to shout NOOOOOOO!
