Stains in polyester tshirts, please help

you helped me before so i thought you may have some more miracles up your sleeves

okay i have 2 white polyester tshirts one has a small ketchup stain, the other a small (what looks like) chocolate stain

how do i get them out

Stick them outside on the line and leave for a few days - the "sun" will bleach the stain out.

rub a bit of washing up liquid and water into the stain and then rewash (do you use bio detergent as the enzymes would help with the stain too)

I did try the washing up trick, but no luck

we use persil small and mighty non bio, cant use the bio ones

any other ideas?
