Novice flylady - 27 fling boogie question

Hi - I have been doing some of the things from the website thought I'd try the 27 fling.
But I am a little unlear about what kinds of things to throw away. On one hand if you come across something that is clearly rubbish - like a biscuit wrapper or leaking pen - anything that any sane person would put in the bin then I don't see how you get particular satisfaction from throwing it away and I can't see how it would count.

So, is it only for throwing away things that are not clearly rubbish and you would perhaps normally hesitate over? Do the things have to be literally thrown away - does put aside for charity not figure in the plan?

Hi, I usually use two bags, one for the bin and one for the charity shop.

It only really works though if you do it quickly and don't think about it too much, it's about ruthless decluttering.

My spare room is going to get a few 27 fling boogies in the next few weeks, it's a bombsite at the moment.

I use 3 bags

1 for real rubbish, 1 for recycling and 1 for charity shop/ Freecycle, but there is no real right or wrong way to do it

Thing is, that leaking pen or biscuit wrapper were in your house cluttering it up werent they? So yeah sling em out when you do your boogie and count them in.

I think the weighing and measuring thing they do on the website is for decluttering, but my weekly boogies were just tidying

Now I do the 7 things one and its FAB.
