Satsuma stains

My 1 year old DD has developed a love for satsumas. Before I realised how badly they can stain, she has managed to get the juice all over a couple of nice tops. I can't seem to get the stains out at all. Have tried Fairy soap, vanish, napisan you name it and they don't shift.
Any top tips please? All the tops are cotton, white and coloured!

I scrub stain hard with Vanish soap bar and then soak in napisan before washing.

Thanks! Will give it a go. And cover her head to toe for them in future!
