How do you wash filters for the Dyson?

I've got a Dyson D14 Blitz it. Where is the washable filter located and how do I wash it? (Lost the instructions!)

I have a dc07 and when you take off the cylinder theres instructions for removing the filters. I just wash mine in luke warm water in sink. Pretty easy but can't remember when I was last arsed to do them tbh
